Executive Chef

A highly anticipated luxury hotel rebrand in Miami's vibrant Design District is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision for a multi-outlet hospitality program. This is a hands-on, leadership-driven role responsible for overseeing menu development, operational strategy, and team growth, with a clear path to transition into a Culinary Director position as the property evolves.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading culinary operations across 45 F&B outlets, 3 pools, and in-room dining
• Designing and executing 10 diverse menus highlighting Mediterranean, Guatemalan, and coastal influences
• Overseeing pre-opening initiatives including concept development, staffing, SOP creation, and vendor onboarding
• Establishing centralized prep systems and streamlined workflows for operational efficiency
• Managing P&L performance, menu engineering, food cost controls, and forecasting
• Building and mentoring a high-performing team of 6 salaried chefs and 20+ hourly BOH employees
• Partnering closely with the F&B Director to deliver a seamless guest experience

• Proven track record in luxury hotels or resort-style operations
• Expertise in multi-outlet culinary programs and menu innovation
• Creative, globally inspired culinary perspective
• Tech-forward approach; experience with systems like Craftable a plus
• Operationally disciplined with strong financial and cost-management acumen
• Hands-on leader with the ability to mentor and inspire diverse teams
