Skills: Must bring a strong mechanical background and the ability to comfortably read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings. Mindset: Open to cross-training and learning new skills within a collaborative team setting. Key Responsibilities Mechanical Assembly: Assemble high-quality E-Tools, valves, and hydraulic filters using hand tools and basic power tools. Blueprint Reading: Strictly follow written instructions, blueprints, and technical assembly drawings to ensure precision. Quality & Testing: Test final products for accuracy, proper functionality, and alignment with company standards. Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe individual workstation.
