HHA / ESCORT JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Works one-on-one with a patient to manage their immediate needs while freeing medical staff to treat others in their care. 
• Your duties include the transport of a patient from one unit or location to another.
• You may also transfer individuals from a wheelchair to a bed and vice versa.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Updated Physical Form

• Updated PPD/QuantiFERON

• MMRV Lab works
• 1 Valid ID
• Social Security Card copy 
• Resume
• HHA Certificate
