Lead Harness Design Engineer for Space-Grade Electricals

Antares is hiring a Harness Design Engineer in Los Angeles to own end-to-end harness development—from wire selection and 3D routing to release packages for manufacturing. You will manage BOMs, supplier relationships, and the in-house build workflow while ensuring safety-class compliance and rigorous design traceability.
The role emphasizes collaboration with software, QA, and supply chain teams to optimize release speed, reduce errors, and maintain high workmanship standards on the shop floor.
