To learn more, visit Job Description This fast-paced, highly autonomous role is designed for a GTM recruiter who thrives on delivering exceptional outcomes for both candidates and the business. You will primarily focus on building high-performing revenue teams, partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, while also supporting select technical hiring as needed. You will own your hiring portfolio end-to-end, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive outcomes against ambitious quarterly growth targets. As a true 360 recruiter, you will combine strategic insight with executional excellence—building pipelines, shaping hiring strategy, and delivering at pace in both specialist and high-volume environments. Key Duties and Responsibilities Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organisation. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and selection criteria. Source Candidates: Utilise various channels, including online platforms and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates. Manage the Selection Process: Oversee the entire selection process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates aligned with our company culture and values. Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and attract high-quality candidates. Track Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions. Training and Development: Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and interview techniques. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Utilise ATS: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our ATS, Workday. Qualifications and Experience Experience can be a blend of agency and in-house recruiting experience across various business areas. Achieving successful recruitment outcomes with clear KPIs and success rates. Strong communication skills to create compelling messages. Building relationships quickly with business stakeholders. Resolving challenging situations positively. Prioritizing multiple tasks with a focus on time and expectation management. Organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, but no required. Mostly remote with some travel required, mostly to our New York City office. Salary ranges from $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience.
