Real Estate Portfolio Analytics Specialist

Harrison Street in Illinois is seeking a financial analyst to perform portfolio-level financial analysis and maintain cash flow projections. The role supports the Portfolio Management group by updating models, tracking KPIs, and preparing investor reporting materials. A Bachelor’s degree in real estate or finance plus strong Excel and financial modeling skills are preferred.
