For this position, we are seeking a talented individual to join AIS as a Senior Data Scientist.As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Data Scientist. Project Summary AIS is seeking a Data Scientist for an AI Engineering contract supporting a federal customer onsite in Alexandria, VA. Key Responsibilities The Data Scientist will help develop and deploy AI models from ideation to production. Required For This Opportunity Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science At least 5+ years of experience in Data Science. Must have hands-on experience with Python, Python DS Tech Stack (tensorflow, scikit-learn, pandas, etc.) Must have experience with database systems. Must have a Secret clearance Must have experience deploying Machine Learning (ML) models. Nice to Have Skills A certification in Data Science, AI, or another related certification is preferred, but not required. At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member.The targeted base salary range for this role is $116,000-$174,000 per year.
