Registered Nurse - Stepdown

This role involves providing direct nursing care in complex assessment and intervention settings , ensuring patient safety and quality care. Key responsibilities include collecting comprehensive patient data analyzing and synthesizing assessment information collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to determine outcomes developing and implementing care plans using clinical judgment evaluating care effectiveness and maintaining current knowledge communicating effectively across all practice areas applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient needs working safely and performing additional duties as assigned Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program current RN licensure BLS and ALS certifications (or equivalent) additional certifications may be required depending on the state Physical demands involve standing, walking, lifting, and other movements necessary for patient care.
