Full-Time Housekeeper / Family Assistant

A private extended family is seeking a reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper / Family Assistant to support three related family residences and one office. The three residences are occupied by members of the same extended family and are located within a reasonable distance from each other.

The residences include three single family residences 1,500sq. ft, one 1,700sq. ft., and one 4,000sq. ft. Each home is occupied by two adults. One of the homes has a small dog, so the candidate must be comfortable around pets.

This position requires someone who is highly flexible and comfortable working between multiple homes based on each household's needs. The schedule will not be fixed at one specific residence each day. The housekeeper will rotate between the homes and office depending on what is needed that week. Some days may be focused on one home, while other days may require supporting another residence or assisting with office cleaning.

In addition to housekeeping, this role includes light household assisting duties such as grocery shopping, maintaining household supplies, taking inventory, organizing, and supporting the family's day-to-day needs.

Schedule: Full-time, weekdays, 40 hours per week. Flexible daytime schedule, generally between 8:00/9:00 AM and 4:00/5:00 PM, based on the needs of the homes and office.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping across three private residences.
• Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces.
• Make beds and maintain bedrooms in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and upkeep as needed.
• Organize household spaces, closets, storage areas, pantries, and supplies.
• Keep track of household inventory and restock supplies when needed.
• Assist with grocery shopping and household errands.
• Perform regular office cleaning as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all assigned properties.
• Work flexibly between the homes and office based on the family's needs.
• Adjust daily and weekly tasks depending on which residence requires support.
• Support the family with general household tasks and light personal assisting duties.

Requirements

• Prior private residential housekeeping experience required.
• Must be flexible with the daily and weekly schedule.
• Must be comfortable working across multiple homes and an office.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.

Compensation starting at $25 per hour, based on experience. This is a full-time position offering approximately 40 hours per week. Other benefits to be discussed.
