Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Newport Beach, CA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing office support through administrative assistance, clerical tasks, and executive support. Key tasks include managing schedules, handling phone calls, organizing documents, coordinating meetings, and supporting the broader team to ensure an efficient and professional work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Tasks, including file management, calendar organization, and data entry
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
