They liaise with purchasing and other departments, ensure material availability, and provide reports on operations to management for process improvement.***Job Responsibilities**** Monitor and record inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.* Oversee the preparation and processing of purchase orders and customer orders.* Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies or errors and make corrections.* Ensure sufficient stock to meet operational needs and customer demand while minimizing overstocking and waste.* Communicate with purchasing, production, and other internal departments to coordinate material flow and manage schedules.* Prepare regular reports on inventory status, transactions, and operational results for management, often making recommendations for improvement.* Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to maintain inventory***Job Qualifications:***Required:* High School Diploma* 3-5 years’ work experience in warehousing within manufacturing industry.* Must always have the ability to wear all required PPE.* Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for 10 hours a day.* Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.* Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.* Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, anticipate work to be done, work with minimum supervision and have strong follow-up skills.* Must have proven ability to work as a member of a team.***Who we are***Nortek Data Center Cooling builds the systems that keep modern data centers running — from liquid cooling to large‐scale air solutions.
