Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Our Avance Care footprint spans across the Triangle (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) in North Carolina and recently has expanded to the Charlotte, North Carolina market. Avance Care is committed to delivering exceptional care with a strong emphasis on patient involvement in preventive care and treatment plans.

Requirements: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) with North Carolina State License

Location: Davidson, NC

• Maximum of 40 hours per week (including breaks and administrative time)
• Expected average patient load of 2 visits per hour
