Key responsibilities include driving commercial growth, leading market development for various technology solutions, and expanding recurring revenue streams. The role also involves building and leading a high-performing technology organization, increasing customer adoption, and demonstrating measurable improvements in customer value and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction equipment, machine control, connected assets, and customer productivity, and will be expected to establish and manage executive-level relationships with technology partners and OEMs. Applicants for the Vice President of Construction Technology position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in construction equipment, construction technology, or a related industry.
