Overview:

St. Mary’s Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our growing behavioral health team. As a vital part of our integrated mental health services, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care in an outpatient setting, working with a diverse patient population. Our program is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered mental health services, utilizing evidence-based treatments and a collaborative approach.

• Full-time, hospital-employed role in an established outpatient behavioral health program.
• Large Primary Care referral base ensuring a steady patient volume.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range - $225,333 - $345,548 (commensurate with experience).
• Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and semiannual bonuses for productivity.
