Job Title: Tire Builder (Entry-Level – Paid Training & Certification Included)
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience) + overtime (55–60 hours/week typical)

Shift: We are hiring for 2 shifts - 

1st: 6am - 6pm

2nd: 6pm - 6am

Schedule: M-F, weekends off

About Us We are a family owned company, the only US producer of industrial tires. 

Position Overview We are hiring Tire Builders to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how to build and assemble tires using specialized equipment. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and even include forklift certification as part of your development.

What You’ll Do

• Build and assemble tires according to quality and safety standards
• Operate and maintain production equipment
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Cross-train across multiple functions within the department, including:
  • Operating presses
  • Injection processes
  • Material handling
  • Quality control

• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)

• No experience required—training provided
