Associate Immigration Attorney

Costas Law Firm, LLC is seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney to handle a wide variety of immigration cases with a focus on litigation in Immigration Court. Apart from removal defense practice, the caseload will include USCIS cases such as family-based adjustment of status, naturalization, immigrant and non-immigrant visas, and humanitarian cases (U Visas, VAWA, Asylum). The ideal candidate will be motivated and driven, adaptable, with a passion for immigration law, who thrives on working under pressure. The position requires working within defined filing schedules, so the perfect candidate will be able to multitask, stay organized, and be task-oriented. Must have a minimum of 1‑2 years of prior work experience in immigration law. While we will consider experience working as a law clerk or in an immigration clinic, the perfect candidate will have prior experience working as an attorney in private practice. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills required. Prior removal defense experience is highly preferred. Spanish language skills preferred, but not required.
