Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator – $20+/hr + Growth

Looking for a stable warehouse role with forklift time and opportunities to grow? We're hiring Warehouse Associates / Forklift Operators to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations. This is a great fit for candidates with forklift, warehouse, production, or material handling experience.

• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Stage, organize, and prepare materials for production and shipping
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation
• Use warehouse systems and scanners to track materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• 6+ months of forklift experience
• Warehouse, production, or material handling experience
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Shipping and receiving experience
• Inventory control experience
• SAP or warehouse management system experience
• Customer service or distribution experience
• Multiple forklift types or certifications

• $20+/hr starting pay with advancement opportunities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
