Job Description Job Description LEASING CONSULTANT We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Consultants to lead leasing efforts at one of our apartment communities located in South Austin. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role ideal for someone with a strong background in multifamily leasing, excellent marketing skills, and a proven ability to secure leases. Key Responsibilities: * Lead all leasing efforts for the apartment community * Attract and retain qualified residents through innovative marketing strategies and community outreach * Manage the entire leasing process: touring, application processing, and move-ins * Maintain high occupancy by proactively following up on leads and closing deals * Ensure online listings, and signage are up-to-date and effective * Collaborate with on-site staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain resident satisfaction * Track leasing activity What We're Looking For: * Apartment leasing or multifamily housing is preferred * Strong background in marketing, lead generation, and closing leases * Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills * Comfortable with leasing software and online marketing platforms * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus * High school diploma or GED required Why Us? * Competitive base pay + leasing bonuses * Professional growth opportunities within a growing company * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to make a direct impact in the success of our communities
