Job Title: Performance Engineer Job ID: 2024-13228 Job Location: Morris Plains, NJ (100% onsite) Job Travel Location(s): # Positions: 1 Employment Type: W2 Duration:Long Term # of Layers:0 Work Eligibility:All Work Authorizations are Permitted – No Visa Transfers Key Technology:Neoload, performance engineering, scripting languages, E2E, NFR Job Responsibilities: Performance testing. Continuously test, monitor, and recommend fixes to improve and maintain performance of the applications. Identify bottlenecks early and recommend optimization of resource utilization. Design, implement and execute performance tests using NeoLoad to ensure scalability and reliability of applications. Collaborate with development teams, analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization. Skills and Experience Required: Required: 5 -6 years relevant experience. Possess at least 3 years of experience in performance testing using Neoload, including scripting. Candidate must have at least 3 -5 years of experience in performance engineering. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools and best practices. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python. Experience with performance testing concepts (including load testing, stress testing). Experience in doing E2E performance testing for assigned projects. Experience with NFR management and extrapolation. Desired: NeoLoad certification Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Highbrow LLC
