Sales Associate
Join our team at Westfield Ford, Inc as a Sales Associate, where you'll play a key role in supporting our growing market in Countryside, IL. We are seeking Spanish-speaking salespeople who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth. This position offers great pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate vehicle options
- Communicate effectively in Spanish to assist our diverse customer base
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless sales processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales

- Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
- Selling a minimum number of vehicles based on the goals and objectives defined by the sales manager
- Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
- Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive
- Automotive sales background preferred
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Valid driver's license required and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
