Johnson & Johnson seeks a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist for spine surgery support in the New York Metropolitan area. The role involves providing clinical and technical expertise in operating rooms, managing equipment and logistics, and advancing sales of orthopedic surgical products.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical and technical support to surgeons during orthopedic surgical cases in operating rooms
• Manage hospital billing, purchase orders, and logistical support for equipment and implants
• Troubleshoot physician needs and address customer requests with independent judgment
• Track, maintain, and deploy equipment and assets across assigned territory to ensure product availability
• Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales and clinical teams to support growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree with medical certification and 2+ years experience
• Valid US driver's license and willingness to relocate to territory
• Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of human anatomy and physiology
• Technical product knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures preferred
