We are partnered with an exceptional long-term care facility to provide end of life care to remarkable residents. Pay rate: $42 - $45 hourly Hours of the Licensed Practicing Nurse: DAYS/EVES/NIGHTS Job Results & Essential Function: Professional Proficiency Demonstrated by the Licensed Practicing Nurse: Maintains professional competenciesand cares for terminal patients Assists DON and RN supervisor withcare plans and updates medical records, relay all communication in a punctual time frame while on duty Helpsaides with lifting patients Maintains friendly and caring environment Education & Experience & Licenses and/or Certifications: Graduate with a license of Licensed Practicing Nurse (LPN) to practice in New York State.
