Civil Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field investigations and building condition assessments
- Diagnose building issues and develop repair and remediation solutions
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical repair documents
- Support and manage repair and rehabilitation projects through construction
- Communicate findings clearly with clients, property managers, and stakeholders
- Prepare proposals and contribute to project planning and execution
- Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple active projects
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
- Participate in site visits and explain technical issues in simple, client-friendly terms
- Licensed Engineer (E.I.T. or P.E.) with 3+ years of experience
- Experience in commercial building design, evaluation, and restoration
- Strong knowledge of building envelopes, waterproofing systems, roofs, parking structures, and related components
- Ability to perform structural and building system investigations, analysis, and diagnostics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare reports, bids, proposals, and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail
