Your future role at a glance Schedule: Evening shift | Part-time | Every other weekend, call and Holidays Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500.00 Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Facility: Ascension Saint Alexius Department: Diagnostic Radiology Schedule: Evening shift | Part-time | Every other weekend, call and Holidays Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500.00 How you’ll make an impact in this role Position patients, set exposure factors, and administer contrast media. Monitor patient condition and report abnormal activity during procedures. Follow radiation safety guidelines to minimize patient exposure. Ensure high-quality image submission to PACS with accurate patient data. Maintain a clean and orderly department and procedure rooms. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. One or more of the following: Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Any specialty accepted. Temporary ARRT license allowed in lieu of permanent license. Education High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
