Loan Servicing Representative

Salary & Compensation Axos Bank Target Range: $17.00/Hr. - $19.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% and an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%. The discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually upon achievement of performance goals and targets. Responsibilities Complete post-closing loan audits and training document retrievals. Complete payment processing, payment reversals, research, and end‑of‑day balancing of financial transactions. Complete escrow account and insurance inquiries. Complete insurance tracking and monitoring for flood hazard, adhering to regulatory flood guidelines and reviewing flood policies for proper coverage. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of related experience. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
