This is a leadership-and-systems role responsible for raising standards, increasing accountability, and building a scalable operating rhythm.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop Restoration Managers across the mitigation division.
• Set the standard for Proper Priority Response (90%+) and disciplined Day 1 execution.
• Drive estimate accuracy, gross profit, and conversion performance.
• Build predictable after-hours systems - no heroics, just readiness.
• Run EOS leadership cadence (Level 10s, scorecards, accountability).
• Champion technology adoption (DASH, DryBook, Dialpad AI).
• Unlock operational capacity and free up the GM for strategic growth.

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• 5+ years of restoration experience (water mitigation required).
• Proven leadership of mitigation or field teams.
• Strong IICRC knowledge (WRT required; additional certs a plus).
• Experience improving margin, accountability, and team performance.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment.
• An ownership mindset - you own outcomes, not hours.
• This role typically runs 50+ hours per week and requires after-hours availability when needed.

Schedule

• Full-time | Leadership role (typically 50+ hours/week)
