Amounts shown are based on a 3x12 schedule per week, not including shift differentials or overtime wages. Some locations offer a 5x8 schedule. Compensation includes taxed hours worked and a non‑taxed stipend. Centurion provides comprehensive services to correctional departments across the country and is currently seeking full‑time Travel Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Centurion Eagles Travel Teams in Illinois, Missouri, Georgia, Idaho and Maryland. Travelers have opportunities throughout the country and are full‑time, benefit‑eligible Centurion employees. The Eagle (Travel team) LPN will work between various facilities/locations throughout the assigned state, per contract needs. Each assignment will be restricted to one location. The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
