BILH coversheet required at time of submission. HEM/ONC EXP REQUIRED FOR ONC RN - chemo and immunotherapy Cert REQUIRED- MA RN LICENSE REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION --BILH coversheet required - Must have experience w hematology care and coordinating care. Does not need experience with coordinator role if 4-5 years of experience in HemOnc. Heavy triage experience required. Will be getting authorization for PET scans, responding to patients questions, med renewals, FMLA paperwork (admin side). 2-8s and 2-12s with every other weekend required.
