Lead Custodian responsibilities also include assigning and scheduling work, assisting with problem resolution, supporting grounds maintenance, performing custodial requests from administration and faculty, and completing quality control checks as directed. What We're Looking For: Candidates must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and cooperative, with the ability to communicate effectively. - Vacation (10 15 days/year based on years of service)
- Sick leave (12 days/year, accumulative)
- Personal days (2 3 days/year based on years of service)
- 14 paid holidays + 3 floating holidays
- Bereavement leave
- Monday Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (30-minute duty-free lunch)
- Summer schedule: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (four-day workweek option available June August)
