Cardiologist - Outpatient (Partnership Track Available)- Suffolk County, NY (Multiple Outpatient Locations)

Setting: 100% Outpatient | In-Person Position Summary

A growing multi-specialty outpatient practice is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Cardiologist for a full-time or part-time role with partnership potential . The physician will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cardiovascular evaluations and diagnostic testing
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Interpret echocardiography and vascular studies
• Order and interpret diagnostic procedures
• Prescribe medications and provide preventive care education
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Stay current with advancements in cardiovascular medicine

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in  Cardiology
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Interest in long-term growth and partnership
