Customer Service Representative - Retail Store

WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Retail Store Customer Service Representatives to ensure the overall satisfaction of customers in our Bolingbrook, IL factory store . Our Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional customer support and product knowledge to our customers via in person, phone, and email interactions/correspondence.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, and Sunday 8am-5pm Off Mondays and Thursdays.

• Hourly rates starting from $20/hour with the ability to earn up to $50,000 plus per year through a combination of an hourly rate and earned commission!

As a Retail Sales Customer Service Representative, you will

• Deliver world-class customer service in our factory showroom
• Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process customer orders, exchanges, and returns according to established department policies and procedures
• Use sales skills to recommend and upsell products to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates will

• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a telephone-based customer service or retail sales environment
• Be fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in order to deliver effective and pleasant customer service via telephone and email
• Possess listening skills to fully comprehend customer needs
• Basic computer skills, required
• Type 50 WPM, preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Regularly work on a computer and focus on a screen or monitor
• Possess excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills
• Have great attendance and punctuality
• Be an excellent performer; deliver high-quality results consistently
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
• Be authorized to work in the United States
