Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated personal injury paralegal to support our attorneys and clients. The role involves managing cases, communicating with clients, preparing legal documents, and handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and review medical records.
- Assist with client intake and communication.
- Interact with insurance companies on claims.
- Prepare settlement packages.
- Draft legal pleadings, memos, and correspondence.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Support legal team with documentation and case management.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting personal injury cases, including document preparation and client interaction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal research tools, and document management systems.
- Strong organizational, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
