RN Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document health changes. Utilize NextGen electronic medical records to document patient care and track patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-care. Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to implement care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. RN Qualifications: Current RN license. Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field. Proficiency with EMR systems Familiarity with HIPAA regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
