Are you an experienced ICU nurse ready to take your skills to a dynamic and challenging environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner's team as an ICU Float Nurse. In this role, you will have the chance to work across Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC, providing care to a diverse patient population in a 32-bed Medical ICU and Neuro Critical Care Unit.

As an ICU Float Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Your expertise will be crucial in managing complex cases such as SEPSIS, ESRD & AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest care, and respiratory failure.

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the ICU, including Medical HVCC, SICU, and IMC units
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Need 2 years experience in MICU setting
• Certifications required: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS (Both Through American Heart Association)
