What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Remote Appointment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, following up on their requests, and helping coordinate virtual appointments with representatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect With Interested Individuals communicate with people who have previously requested information
• Coordinate Appointments schedule phone and Zoom consultations based on client availability
• Complete Follow-Ups reconnect with individuals regarding outstanding appointment requests
• Confirm Scheduled Meetings help ensure clients have the information needed for their upcoming appointment
• Provide Professional Assistance answer general questions and create a positive client experience
• Maintain Accurate Records keep appointment and contact information organized and up to date
• Build Client Rapport communicate professionally and make clients feel comfortable throughout the process
• Participate in Training develop your communication, organization, and client-management abilities
