Customer Service Representative II - Contract
A company in the business service industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lawrenceville, GA. This is a contract opportunity! Shift of the Customer Service Representative:Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Pay Rate of the Customer Service Representative:
$19.14/hr Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Answer incoming calls and deliver knowledgeable, professional assistance to every customer.
- Update customer accounts, addresses, and contact information within the call management database.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Explain billing and ledger details clearly and effectively to customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of customer service or related experience
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Experience with SAP and CRM platforms
- Utility industry experience is a plus
