Industrial Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage the electrical installation and maintenance of industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in an industrial setting. Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in industrial facilities - Schedule and supervise a team of electricians and electrical contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Develop and implement electrical safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards - Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner - Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other mechanical and structural components - Monitor and track project progress and identify potential areas for improvement or cost savings - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role - Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals - Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure - Valid electrical contractor's license and certification in industrial electrical systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, vision, and dental insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) Retirement plan Training and advancement opportunities Physical Requirements : Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working at heights If you have a passion for industrial electrical work and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for the Industrial Electrical Superintendent position.
