Overview


Tekberry is seeking an Associate Logistics Technician to support our client, Moog, a global leader in precision motion control solutions for aerospace and defense applications. This role supports stockroom operations, inventory control, and material movement in a fast-paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stockroom Operations
• Maintain accurate stock balances; issue, receive, and transfer materials
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Track and verify lot-controlled inventory with high accuracy


Material Handling & Transactions
• Execute material transactions across multiple system screens
• Process kit issues, shop floor requests, shortages, and returns
• Support inter-stockroom transfers and spare part shipments


Packaging & Compliance
• Package materials using proper handling techniques to prevent damage
• Follow ESD handling procedures and material control standards
• Identify and report deviations in materials, packaging, or processes


Cross-Functional Support
• Interface with engineers, program analysts, inspection teams, and production staff
• Support stockroom organization, housekeeping, and inventory consolidation
• Assist in training new employees and supporting multiple stockroom areas

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in stockroom, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy (lot traceability critical)
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn transaction-based systems
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and remain on feet throughout shift
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills
• Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with inventory systems and transaction processing
• ESD handling knowledge
• Experience with cycle counts, material reconciliation, or shipping processes
