Registered Behavior Technician

Job Description Understand, support and implement the goals/objectives in the client's Individual Centered Plan (ICP). Additionally, develop, support and implement purposeful and age‑appropriate scheduled activities in keeping with the goals/objectives set in each client's ICP. All candidates are expected to obtain or possess RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) accreditation. If needed, we will provide paid training and professional development to obtain RBT Certification. Responsibilities Assist clients in accessing their communities and engaging in community inclusive, integrated activities with typical peers in natural settings Willingness to work in the community with 1:1 mentoring Train clients to perform specific job tasks Complete clients scheduled appointments Observation of clients Assist clients in selecting realistic goals and objectives Establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and relationship in order to ensure client success Maintain compliance to all related company policies and procedures Participate in client assessment, planning and evaluation processes as required Maintain and protect the confidentiality of all client information Complete required documentation on a daily basis, accurately, thoroughly in a timely manner Attend and participate in all mandatory training, in‑service and staff meetings Perform all other duties, as assigned Company Description Alternative Adult Day Services Inc. is a community-based adult day service program. We work in a therapeutic setting in order to help individuals with disabilities achieve life goals. Some of these goals include community integration, job placement, daily living skills, as well as educational goals.
