Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health – $1,540 weekly stipends, $20/hour, $800 weekly base pay. All On-site Contract Starts 6/01/2026, duration 13 weeks. Day Shift: 8 hours/day (7:45–16:00), 5 days/week (Monday–Friday). Job Description OT @ Kenosha – CH Home OT. Coverage will be primarily for the Racine and Kenosha Counties. Expectation of 6 points per day. About Facility Home Health position that covers Kenosha and Racine Counties in Wisconsin. General Information Bed capacity: N/A. Minimum years of experience: 3 years minimum OT experience. SNF, home health, or acute care; preference for home health experience. Acceptes first-time travelers: Yes. Patient Types / Common Diagnoses All adults, strictly home health. Geriatrics, post-stroke, post-joint replacement, weakness, deconditioning, COPD, CHF, etc. Will work with RN and PT interdisciplinary teams. Morning team huddle via phone every morning. Case Load 6 patients/points per day – evaluation visits are 1.5 hours, standard visits 1 hour. Required Licensure & Certifications BLS, Wisconsin license. Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy (accepted). Vehicle, active driver's license, and active auto insurance (required). Skills Required General OT treatment and evaluation skills with focus on ADLs and adaptive equipment. Support within the Department RN and PT interdisciplinary team. RN Supervisor. PT lead and PT manager. Other OTs. Technology/Equipment EMR: EPIC – preferred. Floating Racine County and Kenosha County, WI. Most patients within 20–30 minutes; occasional patients up to 1 hour away (not common). Orientation (facility and unit) First day of orientation at National Avenue office in Milwaukee. Will go through EPIC class. Remainder of the week will be orientation with a preceptor. Scheduling Weekend rotation: No. On call: No. Holiday expectations: No. Approval of RTO: to go through manager. Shift times: around 07:45–16:00, Monday–Friday. Schedule cycle: as above. Other notes Scrub color: Business casual or any color scrubs. Parking: at patient houses.
