Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in New Haven, Connecticut.

Requirements

• Active CT or Compact RN License
• 2+ years L&D experience required
• BLS, ACLS, NRP
• AWHONN Beginner preferred/required by unit profile
• First-time travelers accepted

 

Unit Highlights

• Level I Trauma Center
• 1,567 staffed beds
• Epic EMR
• 400–500 deliveries/month
• 12 labor rooms / 11 beds
• Ratios: 1:1–1:2 days & nights
• No floating

• Labor & Delivery
• Circulate & recover C-sections
• High-risk antepartum
• Magnesium, Pitocin, Terbutaline
• Internal & external fetal monitoring
• IUPC placement
• Neonatal resuscitation
• Multiple births
• Postpartum hemorrhage management
• Blood administration
• Epidurals & C-section experience

 

Schedule / Call

• Every other weekend
• 2 four-hour call blocks per 6-week schedule
• Block scheduling available
• Guaranteed hours

• 75-mile radius rule – no local candidates
