Paid Media Manager

Our client is seeking a Paid Media Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Dallas. All levels from Jr. to Sr. This position is ideal for a performance marketing professional with 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing initiatives while managing client relationships and mentoring a small team of digital strategists. You will oversee SEM campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube, as well as paid social campaigns on Meta and other platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of cross‑channel media strategy, campaign optimization, performance analysis, and digital marketing best practices to drive measurable results across multiple client accounts. You must have hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics, along with a proven ability to manage integrated digital campaigns from strategy through execution. Agency experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional and global teams are highly preferred. The successful candidate will bring exceptional communication, client management, and leadership skills, with a proactive mindset and a passion for performance marketing in a fast‑paced agency environment.
