• Credentialing: Estimated 30 days; hospital/surgery center privileges required; temporary privileges not available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Licensure: Licensed in Wisconsin, will consider IMLC
