You are adept at building relationships with guests using in-person communication at the dealership, as well as multiple online channels including website chat and email inquiry, phone conversations, texting and social media. You embrace training & new learning to excel at product knowledge about the brands and vehicles we sellplus competitive makes and modelsand effectively overcome guest objections throughout the sales journey.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with guests to identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Showcase our extensive inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, providing detailed information on features and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and assist guests in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to closing, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Collaborate with our service drive vehicle exchange team and finance departments to facilitate guest transactions and enhance satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Skills and qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Guest-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for automobiles and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
