Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

$1734.00/week –

Job Summary:

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings. Deliver holistic patient care while ensuring compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

  • Document patient information accurately and timely.

  • Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Valid registered nurse license in the state of practice.

  • Minimum of one year of experience in LTC or SNF environments.

  • Current CPR and BLS certifications.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team.

  • Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
