Server Assistant/Busperson - Brasserie (PT)

Job Title

Assist food servers with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver from service as well as attend to guest needs and requests.

Essential Functions:

• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.

• Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are necessary.

• Preparation of condiment and garnish items.

• Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest's table. Keeping the table neat and clean, coordinate service with Server.

• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.

• Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Non-Essential Functions:

• Moving tables and chairs.

• Buffet setup and breakdown

Education: High school education or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum one year food service or related work

Skills and Abilities: Ability to carry and balance a tray.
