Jr. Data Analyst
North Highland has an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity for a Data Analyst to work on an IT deployment team with one of our multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 clients. This is a permanent (contract-to-hire) opportunity based in Naperville, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with a third party platform for data collection; creating reports and managing user access.
- Develop algorithms and customize reports using JavaScript
- Define rule-based report distribution
- Test data to ensure accuracy
- Work with database analysts and internal teams to create BI reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical area
- Experience in JavaScript within a professional or academic setting
- Prior experience in Microsoft Excel to include macros and pivot tables within a professional or academic setting
- Basic experience writing SQL queries against a relational database within a professional or academic setting
- Demonstrated proficiency to work both independently and on team projects.
- A self-starter, displaying an interest and ability to acquire new skills and work with different technologies
