Edenbrook of Fond du Lac in Fond du Lac, WI a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations! The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing the need for, developing and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. Primary Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce and enhance performance Identify need for and make referral to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient Instruct, educate and train patients and caregivers in the skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, provisional licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards Qualifications Proven work experience as a physical therapist Intensive education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice physical therapy in Wisconsin Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy Reasons to join Edenbrook of Fond du Lac: Great team environment Supportive leadership staff Competitive Wages #INDTHERAPY #J-18808-Ljbffr
