Industry: Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Overview A well-established, growth-oriented engineering firm is seeking an IT Support Specialist (CAD Systems) to support Autodesk and Bentley platforms used on large-scale civil infrastructure projects. - Deploy, configure, and support Autodesk & Bentley CAD systems (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, OpenRoads)
- Manage updates, patches, configurations, and CAD standards
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for CAD performance, licensing, and interoperability issues
- Act as a primary technical contact for Autodesk and Bentley support
- Administer licensing and support CAD data platforms (ProjectWise, Autodesk Docs, BIM 360)
- Partner with infrastructure teams to optimize workstation and virtual environments
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Required
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, CAD systems administration, or software deployment
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk and Bentley platforms
- Strong Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting CAD environments in virtual or hybrid infrastructures
- Experience with ProjectWise, Autodesk Docs, or BIM 360
- Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, batch)
- Relevant certifications (Autodesk, Bentley, CompTIA)
- Support high-impact infrastructure projects
- Work across both Autodesk and Bentley ecosystems
