Your responsibilities include utilizing our unique platform alongside your connections to identify potential healthcare candidates, engaging with candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest, coordinating appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations, following up with leads to sustain interest and support them throughout the hiring experience, keeping meticulous and current records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews held, and successful hires from your referrals.
